Hotel Vauban - Luxembourg

Vauban's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. Just steps from the main square, perfect for exploring. The bed in my room was comfortable. The staff were helpful, especially when I needed local recommendations. The breakfast offered a simple but pleasant selection, though having more options would be ideal. The walls between rooms are thin. The bathroom amenities were basic, lacking something more substantial like a proper shampoo or conditioner. There's potential for a great stay with a few upgrades.

Clean and SIMPLE place and the breakfast was delicious and gorgeous. The breakfast had a huge variety of options: pastries and cheese. Magnificent very central location just off restaurants and shops, Luxembourg City Hall, in the heart of the city, and the very centre.

The room was so noisy that i thought i booked a sound studio instead of a hotel. How disappointing that I wasn't given any complimentary welcome gift, honestly. I almost gave them a good review, but just couldn't.

Amazing location, fine views from the rooms, unique architectural details

The inadequate soundproofing from street noise. Poor ventilation in the room made it stuffy, and the confusing electric socket placements added to my frustration!!!

Location is unbeatable right in front of the city hall and close to many charming streets and patisseries. The breakfast team served a lovely continental spread which set us up for the day. Staff were cute.

Can recommend for taking strolls

Friendly staff, comfortable room, and convenient location all contributed to a pleasant stay. I enjoyed a beautiful view of the main city square from my spacious top-floor room, while the in-room electric kettle allowed for convenient tea times after busy days of exploration.

The room had great natural light, making it feel more spacious. Remember to ask for extra towels at check-in if you need them.

Just a smart choice for a brief stopover in Luxembourg with good value for money. The front desk was super friendly and helped me with my luggage without hesitation. Bring an extra charger since the sockets are a bit tricky to find.

Nestled in a fantastic location, this charming hotel offers amazing views of the Cathedral. My room featured a cozy bed and excellent WiFi. Breakfast included my favorite pear juice, a good surprise!

Vauban is conveniently located in the city center. My room on the top floor offered a splendid view of the Place Guillaume II. The shower was excellent. Breakfast, while simple, included my favorite pear juice, a nice touch. The staff's prompt check-in service contributed positively to the overall experience.

I had a really good experience and would come back for sure. I were offered savoury pastries and cheese. The location was prime - ease of access to an official residence. It was also right by the Christmas market and sightseeing.
